Mikael Thiery is a french filmmaker and producer based in Dublin. He is the founder of the Dublin Web Fest. His short film “Joe Drummer” was selected for the Chicago Irish Film Festival in 2011 and for the 2011 Dingle Film Festival. He moved then towards the web series format. He has directed the first episodes of a comedy web series titled Ash Airways which were selected for the LA Web Fest. He decided to set up Twisted Mirror Films Ltd and created the first Irish web series and digital content festival : The Dub Web Fest.
Emma Fagan works freelance in film PR and marketing in the film industry. She has worked for a number of film festivals in Ireland including three years as PR and Social Media Manager for Fingal Film Festival, Social Media co-coordinator for the Dingle Film Festival and PR manager for the Silk Road Film Festival. She is also a contributor to Irish film website Scannain and has worked on the crowdfunding campaign for The Broken Law of Attraction an upcoming thriller by Irish filmmaker Paddy Slattery.
Erol Mustafov is the Director of Videography Ireland and also works as freelance cinematographer and editor on various projects including commercial videos, film, documentary and web series. After graduating in MSc in Multimedia and working for over eight years in the independent film industry in Ireland and now in the UK, he has taken the roles of a Coordinator and Project Manager at the Dub Web Fest.
As well as being a writer and an actress, Lynn Larkin Lynn Larkin is the Project Manager at Filmbase; she is responsible for organising events, as well as overseeing funding opportunities. Within this role, Lynn has been a film judge for the ICCL Human Rights Short Film Awards and the Better Together Awards. She has trained with the Gaiety School of Acting. Her credits include feature ‘Poison Pen’. She has also worked with a variety of Irish television and radio broadcasters and for the stage – and moonlights as a part time film journalist.
Hasan Hasanov has over five years of graphic and print design experience, having worked in also numerous photography and film projects. His work has been mainly focused on graphic design for print, film and web. Currently he is based in London, UK as a freelancer.
works as Social Media Manager for Webfactory, an award-winning digital marketing agency in Dublin. She currently works with many major Irish companies and deals with a breadth of activities from daily maintenance to full social media strategy. Previously, Anna worked with Dublin City BID/DublinTown.ie. She has been involved in numerous projects as a Marketing Manager, including Kinopolis Polish Film Festival, RTE Storyland’s webseries ‘Cuckoo’ and the Underground Film Festival in Dun Laoghaire. She ran the Creative Quarter’s ’12 Days of Christmas’ campaign, which received a Social Media Awards 2013 Nomination.
Julian Callan is a Sound Designer, Piano teacher and Digital Marketing student based in Dublin. After graduating from Film & Television Production in IADT Dun Laoghaire, he completed his Associate Diploma in Music Teaching with the Royal Irish Academy of Music. Julian has also lectured in IADT and DCU in Sound Design and Music Production. He currently studies Digital Marketing in Dublin Business School.
